Refund and Return Policy

Panda Plans

Thank you for choosing Panda Plans. We provide professionally designed digital PDF plans and design resources for residential and commercial projects. Because our products are delivered digitally, our refund and return policy differs from traditional physical products.

By purchasing from Panda Plans, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Digital Products — No Physical Returns

All products sold by Panda Plans are digital downloadable files, including but not limited to:

  • Architectural PDF plans

  • House design plans

  • Residential and commercial layouts

  • Interior design documents

  • Floor plans

  • Concept drawings

  • Design templates and related digital materials

Since digital products cannot be physically returned after delivery, we generally do not accept returns.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:

A. Damaged or Incorrect Files

You may request a refund or replacement if:

  • The downloaded file is corrupted or cannot be opened

  • The file delivered is different from the product purchased

  • Important files included in the product description are missing

Customers must contact us within:

7 days after purchase

with:

  • Order number

  • Email address used during purchase

  • Description of the issue

  • Screenshot or evidence of the problem (if applicable)

After verification, Panda Plans may provide:

  • A corrected file replacement, or

  • A full refund

B. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same design more than once, please contact us within:

7 days of purchase

We will review the request and may issue a refund for the duplicate order.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not provided in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after downloading the files

  • The design does not match your personal taste

  • You purchased the wrong size or style without reviewing the product details

  • You did not review the product description before purchase

  • You expected physical blueprints or printed materials

  • You are unable to use the files due to lack of compatible software

  • You downloaded the files and no technical issue exists

We strongly recommend reviewing all product images, descriptions, dimensions, and included files before purchase.

4. Design Plans and Professional Use

Panda Plans provides design concepts and digital plans for inspiration and planning purposes.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Checking local building regulations

  • Obtaining required permits

  • Consulting licensed architects, engineers, or contractors when required

  • Adjusting designs according to local construction requirements

Purchasing a Panda Plans product does not guarantee approval by local authorities.

Refunds will not be issued due to permit rejection or local building code requirements.

5. Download Policy

After successful payment, customers receive access to download their purchased files.

Customers are responsible for saving their purchased files after download.

If you experience problems accessing your files, contact our support team and we will assist you.

6. Order Cancellation

Because digital products are delivered immediately after payment, orders cannot usually be canceled once:

  • Payment has been completed, and

  • Download access has been provided

If you contact us immediately after purchase and before downloading the files, we may review your cancellation request.

7. Exchanges

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer traditional exchanges.

If you purchased the wrong product, please contact our support team. We may offer assistance or recommend a more suitable design.

8. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact:

  • Order number

  • Name used during checkout

  • Email address

  • Reason for your request

  • Any supporting information

We review all refund requests within:

3–5 business days

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

9. Fraud Prevention

Panda Plans reserves the right to refuse refund requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with this policy.

Examples include:

  • Multiple refund requests for downloaded products

  • Unauthorized payment disputes

  • Attempts to obtain files without payment
